The Life Enhancement Program (LEP) was created to support veterans and families transition from surviving in a military environment to becoming a contributing member of civilian society. As no two veterans are the same, Life Enhancement Program’s (LEP) customized training helps each and every veteran on their personal journey toward a happy and healthy life. Phase one of the program consists of a two week, 90-hour classroom series that offers efficient methods for reintegration into civilian life and the workplace. Workshops include:

  • Advance Coping Skills
  • Stress and Conflict Resolution
  • Effective Methods for Re-Entry to the Workplace
  • Expanding and Enhancing Leadership Skills
  • Managing and Neutralizing Complex Situations
  • Career & Job Development

Electives offered after hours during the two-week classroom series as well as after completion and provided at no cost to veterans and their families.

  • Spouse & Family Support Sessions
  • Child Empowerment Workshops
  • Suicide Prevention Workshops
  • Military Sexual Trauma (MST)
  • Entrepreneur Programs
